Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will typically ship the same day, while most other orders ship the next business day.

Please note that we are closed on major holidays. For shipping delays, refer to USPS holiday schedules.

We accept most major credit cards, Klarna and AfterPay.

We currently offer $3.99 flat-rate shipping to the United States for all orders - the more you order, the more you save on shipping!

At this time, we operate out of a private warehouse and do not have a retail space open to the public.

All products are new and sealed by the original manufacturer (if applicable).

Occasionally, we will list vintage albums if they are original / rare pressings and in excellent condition. These items will be clearly labeled as such.

We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly. In these cases, items must be returned to us for inspection.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, all sales are final. As an independent retailer supporting independent bands and small labels, we appreciate your understanding.

Probably! We’re primarily looking for bands that have an active presence - social media, playing shows, releasing music consistently. If we like your music, we will prob stock it.

Before reaching out, please make sure your band name is original and not already in use by another artist (past or present). We’re unable to carry releases from bands that may have potential trademark or naming conflicts.

Taking a few minutes to research your band name ahead of time helps avoid issues down the line.

Simply send us a message using the contact form HERE. We’ll take a quick look at your band and reach out if we’re interested in carrying your releases / merch.

If it’s a good fit, we’ll send over a purchase offer. Once accepted, you’ll ship the items to us for a quick quality check. After everything is confirmed, we’ll issue payment via physical check (or payment link if you have one) based on the agreed-upon price from our initial offer.

Please note - we currently have a 30 to 60 day processing time for all submitted products.

Unfortunately, no. Due to limited storage space, we mostly focus on bands that are active, have an established presence, and offer a professional line of merch or releases.

We review every submission and conduct our own research. If we feel it’s a good fit, we’ll follow up directly.

We don’t care how many social media followers you have. We just gotta be stoked about your band.

If submitted items do not meet our quality standards, they will not be accepted. At this time, we are unable to return rejected items.

We strongly encourage bands to only send products that accurately represent their brand and meet a professional standard to avoid any issues.
